10th Annual WPT Conference
The Board of Directors of the Worldwide Printing Thermographers Association (WPT) is continuing the effort to add to the membership of WPT. The enclosed items will hopefully provide you with the necessary information to encourage you to attend the 2007 Annual Conference. It has long been the opinion of the Association that the first step of attracting new members is to expose the prospective member to the excellent educational and social activities of the Annual Conference. This mailing contains the information necessary for you to plan and secure your room reservations well in advance of the May 18, 2007 room cutoff deadline.
Room Block
Our room block includes a double bed guest room that ideally sleeps 2-4 people comfortably. Features include On Command first-run movies, Internet access, 2-two line phones with voice mail and data port. An indoor pool and private fitness center is available for your use.
Room rates
Deluxe guest room $119.00 per day, single or double, plus 12% room tax. The room rate will apply for early arrivals three (3) days prior to our scheduled arrival date of June 17, 2007 and three (3) days following our June 21, 2007 departure date, subject to availability
The Board voted to extend the WPT member registration fee to non-members to encourage their attendance. Please complete the enclosed reservation form and return it with your check, payable Worldwide Printing Thermographers Association for the registration fee, to my attention at the Association office. I will then forward your room request to the hotel.
Please refer to the enclosed "Around Mystic" page for a few of the activities available while attending the Conference. Also enclosed is a tentative Conference schedule with dates and times of the activities.
